Accompanying Skills for Pianists with Elizabeth Clarke

 

Who can register: Piano students with an interest in accompanying, minimum RCM Level 8

 

Meeting: Once per week for a 1-hour class, September-June  

10:00am-11:00am

 

Description: This course is a supplement to private lessons for upper-intermediate to advanced piano students who are interested in accompanying. Students will develop basic communication skills for playing with singers, instrumentalists, and choirs, as well as sight-reading, score reading, harmonization, and improvisation proficiency.
